職位描述：

1． To prevent regulatory enforcement action and protect the Company’s reputation.

避免執(zhí)法質(zhì)詢，保護公司聲譽

2． To provide specialist legal and technical advice and support to the business, particularly stores and distribution centres.

提供專業(yè)的法規(guī)和技術建議及支持，尤其對門店及配送中心

3． To protect the health and safety of staff and customers.

保護員工及顧客的健康與安全

4． To investigate accidents.

調(diào)查意外事故

5． To carry out risk assessments and develop controls, procedures and safe systems of work.

進行風險評估，制定控制措施、流程和工作安全系統(tǒng)

6． To monitor standards and compliance with routines and identify ways to improve.

監(jiān)督日常標準及合規(guī)營運，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并找出改進方法

7． To develop legal and technical policy for Tesco.

制定超市法規(guī)和技術政策

8． To crisis manage serious legal challenges and accident investigations.

進行危機管理和意外事故調(diào)查

9． To coach and support stores and depots in order to improve ‘Safe & Legal’ audit results.

指導和支持門店及配送中心來提升安全與守法審核結(jié)果

10．             To conduct store and depot audits and make recommendations as ppropriate.

審核門店及配送中心并提出適當?shù)母纳埔庖?/span>

11．             To work with third party contractors to ensure property and equipment issues are fully resolved.

與第三方公司合作，確保門店清潔用品、清潔工具及蟲害管理問題得到解決。

任職資格:

1． Bachelor’s degree, Major in Food Scientist/Food Engineering/Food Safety with at least 5 year’s working experience.
大學本科以上學歷，（食品技術經(jīng)理：食品相關專業(yè)），有至少5年以上工作經(jīng)驗。

2． Good at communication and influence skills.
優(yōu)秀的溝通以及影響他人的能力。

3． Proactive and logical.
前瞻性和邏輯性。

4． Independent and Self-motivated
獨立、自我驅(qū)策。

5． Fluent both in oral and written English.

流暢的英語口語和書寫能力。
