職位職責(zé)：
- To manage a small team (max 2 people) covering a geographical province (Liaoning) within the
North region of Tesco China.
管理2個人的小團隊，負責(zé)Tesco 中國北方區(qū)域（遼寧省）
- To provide strategic advice and accurate sales forecast recommendations to the business, and
in doing so help guide Tesco to open the right stores, in the right locations, in the right districts
of the right cities to meet customer needs.
提供新建項目的標準建議和預(yù)測分析，并協(xié)助指導(dǎo)選 擇正確的地點在正確的區(qū)域，滿足合理區(qū)域或城市的顧客需求；
- Continually work on location strategy for the province, liaising with Property and external teams,
developers, government.
繼續(xù)推進當?shù)睾侠砘慕ㄗh與標準，并協(xié)助組建和擴大的團隊，
- Analyse new store performance and work with our Marketing and Property teams to resolve
issues.
和市場部一起分析新店的運作中遇到的問題并解決
- Track and monitor competitor developments within the province.
調(diào)查當?shù)馗偁帉κ值陌l(fā)展狀況
- Maintain the property process, attending property meetings, agreeing sales forecasts and
reports and presenting sites to senior management
堅持資產(chǎn)管理及會議。。。。銷售預(yù)測。。。參加管理層會議
- Visiting sites and stores (half of that with my team)
巡視店和商場
- Planning and developing strategy
計劃和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略
- Leading and coaching the team (outside site visits)
領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和訓(xùn)練團隊（外派學(xué)習(xí)）
- Understanding data on sales performance and competitors
理解，掌握競爭對手的銷售數(shù)據(jù)
任職要求：
-Bachelor degree above
本科以上學(xué)歷，年齡30-40歲
-At least 5 years related experience
至少5年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)歷
-Driven by a passion for retail, able to manage people
對零售業(yè)有熱情，能夠領(lǐng)導(dǎo)團隊
-Good communication skill in English (oral and written)
優(yōu)秀英文溝通能力（口語和寫作）
-Numerical and analytical types with good attention to detail and an inquisitive mind
具有良好的數(shù)字分析能力，注得細節(jié)，好問的個性
