Flagship Store Manager (Assistant Store Manager)  

1. Report to Retail Operation Manager

2. Responsibilities:
   1. Responsible for the revenue generation as well as expenses control to achieve profitability goal of the store

   2. Responsible for motivating & coaching shop sales as a team to achieve the sales and non-sales objectives of flagship

   3. Responsible for educating and conveying the message to end-consumers thru direct personal selling, hotline and email enquiry

   4. Responsible for providing the relevant professional customer services up to the company standard in the flagship environment

   5. Responsible for implementation of the approved standard operating procedure and coordination of departmental effort for daily shop management, inventory management, reporting, training, personnel, shop administration, merchandising display and overall presentation

   6. Responsible for intelligence collection and the respective comments/ complaints analysis and reporting

3. Required qualifications:
   1. College degree or above with equivalent experience

   2. At least 6 years relevant commercial and supervisory management experience preferably in retailing

   3. Fluent in spoken and written English

   4. Good skills in using Microsoft Office

   5. Good personnel management

   6. Well organized and logical thinking

   7. Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills

   8. Good at numeric reporting and data analysis

   9. Team player, self-motivated and patient with good coordination skill
